Description ORIGIN & HARVEST TIME Wazuka, Uji, Kyoto, 2025 Japan CHARACTER Midori tea is generally rich and smooth in flavor, with little bitterness. Its aroma is fresh, grassy, and floral. Its taste is determined by the method and duration of shading. Sometimes the shrubs are covered for just a few days, or even up to two weeks, and tea farmers experiment extensively with different shading techniques and materials.
